Qihao Zhang (张齐颢)
I am currently a third year Ph.D. candidate in PACMAN Lab, advised by Prof. Jidong Zhai. I received my B.Sc. in Computer Science and Technology in 2023 from Tsinghua University.
My research interests lie in Machine Learning Systems (MLSys) and High Performance Computing (HPC), focusing on the vertical optimization of AI infrastructure. This spans a technical stack ranging from low-level GPU kernels, ML compilers, training/inference frameworks, to distributed parallelism. In my previous work, I focused on the quantization of large language models, optimizing across algorithm, system, and kernel levels to maximize deployment efficiency.
Currently, I am dedicated to pushing the frontier of artificial intelligence through rigorous system-level optimizations and codesign for large-scale model training and inference.
